Community Code of Conduct

Mission and Values

FunMobility is committed to creating a safe and fun environment for users to express themselves and converse with one another. We listen closely to our users and their feedback in an effort to create a compelling and rewarding service. While we encourage our users to express them selves in their own unique voice we are fierce in our commitment to safety. Users who violate our Code of Conduct will face swift consequences.

Things to Note

  1. Every comment, message, picture and video submission is permanently logged by FunMobility and can be tied to the user who submitted it.
  2. FunMobility tracks every user’s phone number and can easily retrieve their information at will.
  3. FunMobility reserves the right to look at messages and private messages.
  4. FunMobility will report all illegal activity to the authorities.
  5. Users are responsible and liable for all activates.
  6. FunMobility reserves the right to terminate your service at any time.

Code of Conduct for Picture and Video Submissions

  1. No nudity – The image may not show genitals; bottoms must cover the entire center line of the buttocks and more than 1/3 of the buttocks area. For women only, the image may not show areola or nipple, and tops must cover at least 2/3 of the breast. Breasts, despite being coved, must not occupy more then 2/3 of the composition.
  2. No sexually suggestive poses – The image may not show hands or objects (other than clothing) in contact with the breast, genitalia or posterior. This includes simulated sex acts or genitalia portrayed by, but not limited to, stuffed animals, toys and produce.
  3. No deep kissing – Light kissing is acceptable. Deep kissing involving tongues and / or the exchange of bodily fluids is not acceptable.
  4. No images which appear to portray sexual acts or nudity but actually do not - for example, an image of an individual’s legs which appear to look like a nude posterior.
  5. No animal genitalia or animals engaging in sexual acts
  6. Image limits – No single subscriber may submit more than 5 images to any one contest.  This will be handled in code.
  7. No contact information – Names and descriptions of images may not include contact info – Approvers should be on the lookout for any 10 digit string of letters or symbols – this is usually an encoded phone number.
  8. No violence – Images and text may not depict violence, abuse, or death. This includes accidental injuries or health crises in which the individual is actively in need of medical attention at the time the image is taken. Images of car crashes, burning building, etc. are acceptable as long as there are no individuals at risk in the photo.
  9. No animal violence – this includes animals fighting as well as injured or dead animals. No fish out of water or in the act of being caught.
  10. No hate speech – Images and text may not refer to racial, religious, nationalistic, gender, sexual preference, age or ethnic groups in a derogatory manner.
  11. No profanity – Images and text may not contain profane or vulgar language.
  12. No drugs, alcohol, or smoking materials – Images must not contain depictions of drugs, alcohol, or smoking materials. References to these in text is acceptable provided other guidelines are not violated.
  13. No gang messages – Images or text may not contain references to gang affiliation.
  14. Image must be relevant to contest – The image must prominently feature an item related to the contest description (Pet, Car, Baby, etc.). In the case of human subjects (Hottest Guy, Cutest Baby, etc.), the model’s face must be visible.

Repercussions for Violating the Code of Conduct for Image and Video Submissions

  1. Image and video submissions that violate the Code of Conduct will be rejected without ever appearing in any of FunMobility’s communities.
  2. In the event that a user submits an image or video that contains or depicts illegal activities FunMobility will notify the authorities.

Code of Conduct for Commenting (Chatting) in Public Areas of the Community

  1. No contact information – Comments may not include contact info. This includes telephone numbers, emails, websites and physical addresses.
  2. No sexually suggestive comments – Comments may not contain any solicitation of sexual acts. This includes metaphors meant to represent sexual acts (example: I’d like to pop your cherry). Comments that compliment a user are acceptable (example: you’re hot).
  3. No hate speech – Comments may not refer to racial, religious, nationalistic, gender, sexual preference, age or ethnic groups in a derogatory manner.
  4. No threatening comments – Comments may not contain threats, physical, psychological, or otherwise.

Repercussions for Violating the Code of Conduct for Commenting (Chatting) in Public Areas of the Community

  1. Comments that violate the Code of Conduct will be deleted and the user will be made aware of the violation. Users who continue to violate the Code of Conduct regarding Comments will be removed from the community.
  2. In the event that a user submits a comment that contains or depicts illegal activities FunMobility will notify the authorities.

Code of Conduct for Messaging in the Community

  1. Messaging may not, under any circumstances, be used for illegal activities. Messaging should be used for consensual conversation that is legal.
  2. FunMobililty reserves the right to review any and all messages in the community, private or otherwise.

Repercussions for Violating the Code of Conduct for Messaging in the Community

  1. Individuals who use Messaging for illegal activities will be reported to the authorities immediately.
